Business networking – the long game versus the short game

An awful lot of the advice I’ve received since starting my business networking journey has been about playing the long game. One of the people I listen to the most, Gary Vaynerchuk, talks about this all the time. But what if you need to make some cash now? Here’s my thoughts:
