Think about what they're buying

I went to 4Networking in Chippenham today and my conversations with people there gave me a load to think about.
Often when we go to business networking events, we are thinking too hard about our stuff, what we are selling. But it’s the other people in the room that we want to be interested and, guess what, they are interested in their business.
Shift your thinking and your approach to your 40 second introduction. Think about what they’re buying. Here’s my thoughts:

“I implemented one more thing from the Retreat and it has resulted in a new client which gives me a positive ROI within 6 days”
